e3c Case Management

e3c is a web based solution that is used by a multitude of agencies who interact with clients to fulfil case management responsilibities for initiatives intended to improve the circumstances of the client.
Within e3c there are several key modules which provide for the needs of both Commissioners and providers

Case Management

The general case management features allow for the management of the client by way of case worker assignment, scheduling, demographic data capture and other appropriate information.

Treatment

As part of the management of the client engagement, the treatment lifecycle is captured through Assessment forms that feed information into the NDTMS dataset for PHE submission.

Criminal Justice

The CJIT module allows for intervention and episode information to be captured and reported through an additional mechanism to PHE.

Contacts

The client contact module ensures that all contacts with the client are captured and reportable for future reference.

Risk Management

The Risk and Risk Management plans allow for the case manager to ensure that all interactions with the client are done so in a manner that risk information is readily available for all engagements.

Caseload

The client caseload features allows both the case worker and the case manager to identify and manage client caseloads to ensure balancing and assignment as appropriate.

Liaisons and Diversions

The L&D module enables the case workers to identify vulnerable people early on to improve health and criminal justice outcomes.

Administration

e3c is a self contained solution with custom administration for user, role and application security.

Reporting

The end user reporting module allows for adhoc reports to be created by power users with business process knowledge.

Liaison & Diversion

Liaison & Diverison is a web based solution that is used by multiple agencies to help identify those individuals who are engaged with the criminal justice system as a result fo being either a suspect, defendant or an offender.

Within the Liaison & Diversion solution the end user is ability to interact with the client as well as other end users who are perfoming contacts and intervention with the client.

The Liaison & Diversion solution operates as either a standalone or integrated product with interfaces into other systems for data exchange.

Data set compliance

The Liaison & Diversion data set that is required by NHS England is captured within the system to allow for compliance with data submission activities.
